1. What this is. A private 60-day test of Catalyst OS Meridian, offered free by Clarity and Courage Lab LLC (“the Lab”). Your 60 days start when you agree. It is unfinished, so expect bugs and changes, and export anything you want to keep from More at any time.
2. Not clinical care. Catalyst OS and its companion CAi are for planning and self-reflection. They are not therapy, medical care, or a crisis service. By joining, you confirm you are 18 or older, you are using this for your own self-reflection, and you will reach out to a clinician or support service if you need that kind of help. In the US, call or text 988 in a crisis, or call 911 in an emergency.
3. Your data. Your entries stay on your device unless you choose to share them with a circle or coach. The Lab receives your name and email, your application, the time you agreed, and any feedback you send. You can export your data at any time and ask the Lab to delete it at any time.
4. Feedback and privacy. Honest feedback is welcome and optional. You allow the Lab to use it to improve the product, and we will not quote you by name without your yes. Please do not post screenshots or details of the beta publicly without permission. We assume good intent on both sides.
5. How it ends. Access ends on day 60 unless the Lab extends it. You then have 30 days to choose: delete your data, pause and come back later, or continue by asking for more time. Either of us may end your participation earlier, and you keep the same 30 days unless there is a safety or misuse reason. The Lab deletes your name and email within 30 days after that window closes unless you have asked to continue.
6. As is. The beta is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, the Lab is not liable for losses from using it. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law.
