My background in organic chemistry (PhD), education policy, and organizational leadership provides a unique understanding of complex systems that often resist change.

From leading local and global efforts through the National Society of Black Engineers, years serving as an educator, to creating and leading statewide initiatives professionally, lasting transformation doesn't start with strategy — it starts with people.

The Co-Active model rests on the premise that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. Rather than prescribing advice, I collaborate with you to unlock your own insights, bridging the “being” with the “doing.”

A consultant hands you an answer. Coaching builds your own capacity to find it — I don't prescribe solutions, I help you unlock the insight and judgment you already have, so the growth outlasts the engagement.

Engagements typically run 3 to 6 months on a bi-weekly cadence — enough time for foundational shifts, testing new behaviors in real-world scenarios, and solidifying growth. Timelines can be customized to your needs.

Sessions are held virtually, one-on-one, on a recurring bi-weekly cadence. Each is a confidential, focused conversation — no observers, no notes shared without your consent.
